Potassium sulphate machinery

We are specialized in the design, manufacture, installation and technology transfer of production guidance of potassium sulphate production equipment. Based on German Mannheim Furnace, by working over its principle and construction, we improve the construction and material of furnace to achieve even heating, complete reaction and low energy consumption. New material and technology is applied to the part of hydrochloric acid absorption, thus absorption efficiency is enhanced and environmental issue is also well resolved.

We have several localized professional designers and groups of equipment installation, reactor piling up, process operation guidance with years of skilled experience, which guarantee smooth and stable proceeding of design, manufacture, installation and production guidance of the equipment.

We have so far completed equipment installation and old furnace remolding of more than 30 sets in Shandong, Liaoning, Guangdong, Jilin, Hubei provinces within China. The first potassium sulphate equipment in Iran, which is built by our company, has also been put into operation.

Technology Mechanism:

Taking potassium chloride and sulphuric acid as the material to react and produce potassium sulphate by heating.

1. Potassium sulphate production device

1.1 Material supplying equipment: potassium chloride bucket elevator×1; potassium chloride belt conveyor×1; potassium chloride stock bin×2;potassium chloride feeder×2; sulphuric acid overhead tank and flowmeter×2.

1.2 Mannheim reacting furnace: furnace body×2; agitating device×2; driving device×2.

1.3 Fuel supplying equipment: burner×4; blower×2; induced draft fan×2; flue  gas heat exchanger (GGH)×2.

1.4 Potassium sulphate discharging equipment: discharging cooler×4; anti-gas spiral discharger×4.

1.5 Potassium sulphate transporting equipment: belt conveyor for finished product×2; bucket elevator×4; pulverizer and bottom screw conveyor×2; vibrating screen×2; calcium carbonate charger×2; screw conveyor for finished product×1; semi-automatic packing machine×1.

2. Hydrochloric acid absorption device

Graphite cooler×2; sulphuric acid gas wash tower×4; stuffing absorbing tower×6; falling film absorbing tower×6; induced graft fan for hydrochloric acid gas×2; diluted acid overhead tank×2; steam and water separator×2; hydrochloric acid intermediate tank×3; tail gas absorbing tower×10; environmental protection absorbing tower×1.
